Midwest Premier Juniors was founded through a shared vision between Team Pineapple Volleyball Club, Empowered Volleyball Academy, and NIVA to provide athletes and families in the Warsaw area with an exceptional club volleyball experience close to home.
Our partnership combines decades of coaching experience, proven player development, and a commitment to building confident athletes both on and off the court. By bringing together the strengths of three respected volleyball organizations, we've created a program that offers elite training, experienced coaches, and a positive culture where every athlete has the opportunity to grow.
At Midwest Premier Juniors, we believe success is measured by more than wins and losses. Our mission is to develop athletes with strong character, a competitive mindset, and a passion for the game. Whether a player is learning the fundamentals, striving to compete at a high level, or pursuing collegiate opportunities, our coaching staff is dedicated to helping each athlete reach their full potential.
Families can expect a club built on collaboration, integrity, and community. Our athletes benefit from the combined knowledge, resources, and training philosophies of three established organizations that have helped shape volleyball throughout Indiana and the Midwest.
Through high-quality coaching, structured player development, and a supportive environment, Midwest Premier Juniors is creating a clear pathway for athletes to improve their skills, build lifelong friendships, and develop a love for the game that lasts well beyond their playing days.
Together, we're building the future of volleyball in our community—one athlete at a time.
